(一)詳細技術(shù)說明

我廠研制和大批量生產(chǎn)的定型產(chǎn)品LQY-30型移動強制式瀝青混凝土攪拌設備是我廠LQY系列產(chǎn)品的一個型號產(chǎn)品,各項技術(shù)性能指標均經(jīng)國內(nèi)筑機專家委員會鑒定,結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)固,各種技術(shù)文件包括圖紙、工藝文件齊全有效,可規(guī)范指導大批量生產(chǎn)。其中強制式產(chǎn)品在2002年獲得國家專利局授予的《實用新型專利證書》(專利號:ZL 02 2 19993.4),這種組合結(jié)構(gòu)受國家專利保護。

本設備由主機、成品料倉、自動計量配料站、電氣控制柜、控制室和磨煤送粉裝置(燃煤型)等構(gòu)件組成。主機部分包括上殼體、瀝青計量輸送裝置、燃油或煤粉旋風燃燒爐、礦料提升輸送機、烘干筒、攪拌器、攪拌器上殼體、瀝青輸送計量、石粉計量輸送裝置、多管式除塵裝置、轉(zhuǎn)盤式拖掛系統(tǒng)、制動系統(tǒng)、液壓支撐腳等主要部件組成。

LQY-30型具體性能特點如下:

1、 主機可整體拖掛移動,安裝就位簡捷方便。

2、 攪拌器為雙臥軸強制式攪拌器,克服了單臥軸攪拌器存在的攪拌死角而使成品料質(zhì)量較差的問題。本攪拌器為引進意大利的新技術(shù),并采用國內(nèi)制造設備和加工工藝生產(chǎn)的,具有雙臥軸結(jié)構(gòu)形式,在拌和過程中使料在殼體內(nèi)形成三維的強烈沸騰效應,同時料自身也進行不定軸的轉(zhuǎn)動,從而使各種料得到均勻快速的充分拌和。其中兩攪拌軸軸端密封技術(shù)使得設備生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定,攪拌臂、攪拌葉片、襯板等部件均選用高強度合金鋼材制造,使用壽命長。

3、 攪拌器下部卸料機構(gòu)采用雙重開閉結(jié)構(gòu)形式,可有效保證設備的下料功能。

4、 烘干筒部件

4.1筒體采用高強度合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼Q34516Mn)制造而成,筒體結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定,制造工藝良好;

4.2具有葉片布置形式,使料在筒內(nèi)形成強烈的軸向竄動,保證了料受熱均勻性,從而使成品料的質(zhì)量大大提高。

5、 燃燒系統(tǒng)部分

5.1一種高技術(shù)含量的燃燒爐,結(jié)構(gòu)新穎。本型燃燒爐的燃料適用范圍為煤粉和小煤塊。通過對爐門部分的錐體設計,進煤導流葉片角、二次風葉片角、二次風位置、點火器位置的優(yōu)化設計,從而克服了一、二次風混合位置不穩(wěn)定而影響燃料燃燒完全性的缺點,強化了煤粉的預燃和火焰根部燃燒的穩(wěn)定性,并使爐內(nèi)部氣粉流形成多環(huán)狀的邊界紊流回流結(jié)構(gòu),從而使燃燒得到強化,火焰溫度高,燃料消耗量下降,經(jīng)濟效果顯著;

5.2配備自動點火裝置,高效節(jié)能,性能穩(wěn)定可靠;

5.3燃燒爐爐膛內(nèi)采用套裝成型耐火磚砌制,耐火磚采用400t的大型壓鑄機模壓而成,其材料的耐火性能和耐氣流沖刷性能均很高;

5.4本設備在供貨時,隨機另贈送一套成型耐火磚。耐火磚的更換方便快捷,可根據(jù)隨機安裝圖自行更換。

6、 瀝青計量輸送裝置和石粉計量輸送裝置均通過電子傳感器與可編程控制器進行自動控制計量,計量精度高,可靠性好;并且集中安裝于攪拌器上部,由專用鋼架護蓬加以防護,可適應不同施工環(huán)境的使用要求。

(1) Detailed technical description

Our factory developed and mass production of stereotyped products LQY-30 mobile forced asphalt concrete mixing equipment is a model of our factory LQY series products, the technical performance indicators have been identified by the domestic construction machine expert committee, the structure is stable, a variety of technical documents including drawings, process documents complete and effective, can standardize and guide mass production.
