售后服務(wù)承諾: 1、服務(wù)宗旨:快速、果斷、準(zhǔn)確、周到、徹底 2、服務(wù)目標(biāo):服務(wù)質(zhì)量贏得用戶滿意 3、服務(wù)效率:保修期內(nèi)或保修期外出現(xiàn)故障,供方在接到通知后,維修人員以盡快時(shí)間內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場并開始維修。 4、服務(wù)原則:在保修期內(nèi)供方將免費(fèi)維修和更換屬質(zhì)量原因造成的零部件損壞,保修期外零部件的損壞,帶給的配件只收成本費(fèi),由需方人為因素造成的設(shè)備損壞,供方維修或帶給的配件均按成本價(jià)計(jì)。 1.Service tenet: Quick, decisive, accurate, considerate and thorough. 2.Service goal: Service quality wins user satisfaction. 3.Service efficiency: In case of any malfunction within or beyond the warranty period, the supplier's maintenance personnel will arrive at the site as soon as possible upon receiving the notice and start the repair. 4. Service principle: During the warranty period, the supplier will provide free repair and replacement for parts damaged due to quality reasons. For parts damaged beyond the warranty period, the supplier will only charge the cost price for the provided accessories. For equipment damage caused by the user's human factors, the supplier's repair or provided accessories will all be charged at cost price. |
