環境保護是我國的一項國策，除塵裝置的作用是減少粉塵排放濃度，保護大氣環境。瀝青混凝土攪拌設備在生產過程中由于骨料的含塵和燃燒過程中的各種廢氣被強制吸出，將影響較大范圍的空氣質量，農林作物的生長和居民的生活環境，本身工地的工作環境首當其沖，甚至影響燃燒質量。因此，這些被吸出的煙塵氣體必須經過凈化處理達到國家規定的環保要求，經袋式除塵后排塵量≤50mg/Nm3，為國家一級標準。

1、結構

本機采用的布袋式除塵裝置是一個高效除塵裝置。布袋式除塵器采用有機纖維或無機纖維組織物做成過濾袋。將煙塵濾出，可捕捉0.074mm以上的灰塵，除塵效率可達99%。
