SLHB-30型瀝青混凝土拌和機(jī)

（一）產(chǎn)品介紹

我廠研制開發(fā)的SLHB-30型移動式瀝青混凝土攪拌設(shè)備。整套設(shè)備含：礦料提升機(jī)、燃燒爐總成、烘干滾筒總成、熱瀝青計(jì)量輸送裝置、石粉計(jì)量輸送裝置、成品料倉、雙管式除塵裝置、拖掛底盤、行走裝置、電器控制柜等主要部件。主機(jī)采用間歇式烘干滾筒與攪拌筒連為整體的拖掛結(jié)構(gòu)形式，整機(jī)占地面積小，移場就位安裝周期短，燃料適用范圍廣，具有操作簡單，維護(hù)方便，性能穩(wěn)定可靠，成品料品質(zhì)好，技術(shù)含量高，自動化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高等特點(diǎn)，特別適用于高等級瀝青路面的鋪筑施工和養(yǎng)護(hù)作業(yè)。

一、SLHB-30型具體性能特點(diǎn)如下：

1、主機(jī)可整體拖掛移動，安裝就位簡捷方便。

2、采用液壓調(diào)整支撐腿，安裝調(diào)整省力、省時，穩(wěn)定可靠。

3、烘干滾筒部件采用厚16Mn鋼制作。

4、雙管旋風(fēng)除塵裝置，高效除塵。

5、熱瀝青計(jì)量輸送裝置采用瀝青泵輸送、液位繼電器計(jì)量，油石比準(zhǔn)確。

6、礦料計(jì)量輸送裝置采用三斗計(jì)量方式，可實(shí)現(xiàn)電子疊加計(jì)量，斗式提升輸送，計(jì)量精度高，誤差小。（SLHB-30B型設(shè)備配備）

7、電控控制柜關(guān)鍵元件均采用全球自動化領(lǐng)域西門子公司產(chǎn)品，自動化集中控制，操作簡便，環(huán)境舒適。

8、燃燒爐總成均采用電子自動點(diǎn)火裝置，適用燃料范圍包括：柴油、重油、渣油等可燃油。該系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動點(diǎn)火、充分燃燒等功能，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著。

9、本設(shè)備有效地克服了國內(nèi)直筒連續(xù)式攪拌設(shè)備的固有缺陷，包括：

⑴石粉容易散失；

⑵瀝青容易老化；

⑶礦料及瀝青連續(xù)計(jì)量精度難以保證；

⑷礦料溫度不夠穩(wěn)定等。

SLHB-30 asphalt concrete mixer

(1) Product introduction

Our factory developed SLHB-30 mobile asphalt concrete mixing equipment. The whole set of equipment includes: mineral lift, combustion furnace assembly, drying drum assembly, hot asphalt metering and conveying device, stone powder metering and conveying device, finished product bin, double pipe dust removal device, drag chassis, walking device, electrical control cabinet and other main components. The main machine adopts the towing structure of the intermittent drying drum and the mixing drum as a whole. The whole machine covers a small area, the installation period of the moving field is short, the fuel is applicable to a wide range, and it has the characteristics of simple operation, easy maintenance, stable and reliable performance, good quality of finished materials, high technical content, high automation and standardization. Especially suitable for high grade asphalt pavement construction and maintenance operations.

1） Specific performance characteristics of SLHB-30 are as follows:

1. The host can be towed and moved as a whole, and the installation is simple and convenient.

2, the use of hydraulic adjustment of the support leg, the installation adjustment is labor-saving, time-saving, stable and reliable.

3, drying drum parts are made of thick 16Mn steel.

4, double pipe cyclone dust removal device, efficient dust removal.

5, the hot asphalt metering and conveying device adopts asphalt pump transportation, liquid level relay measurement, oil stone ratio is accurate.

6, the ore metering and conveying device adopts three bucket metering method, which can achieve electronic superposition metering, bucket lifting transportation, high measurement accuracy and small error. (SLHB-30B equipment)

7, the key components of the electronic control cabinet are all made of Siemens products in the field of global automation, automatic centralized control, easy operation and comfortable environment.

8, the combustion furnace assembly are using electronic automatic ignition device, applicable fuel range including: diesel, heavy oil, residual oil and other fuel. The system can realize automatic ignition, full combustion and other functions, and the economic benefit is remarkable.

9. The equipment effectively overcomes the inherent defects of domestic straight barrel continuous mixing equipment, including:

(1) Stone powder is easy to lose;

(2) Asphalt is easy to age;

(3) It is difficult to guarantee the continuous measurement accuracy of mineral materials and asphalt;

⑷ The mineral temperature is not stable enough.
