SLHB-15型雙滾筒瀝青混凝土攪拌設(shè)備

（一）詳細(xì)技術(shù)說明

我廠研制開發(fā)的SLHB-15型移動式瀝青混凝土攪拌設(shè)備整套設(shè)備包含：礦料提升機(jī)、燃燒爐總成、烘干滾筒總成、攪拌滾筒總成、熱瀝青計量輸送裝置、石粉計量輸送裝置、成品料倉、一級管式除塵裝置、拖掛底盤、行走裝置、電器控制柜等主要部件。主機(jī)采用烘干滾筒、攪拌滾筒與中間過料裝置連為整體的拖掛結(jié)構(gòu)形式。整機(jī)占地面積小，移場就位安裝周期短，燃料適用范圍廣，具有操作簡單，維護(hù)方便，性能穩(wěn)定可靠，成品料品質(zhì)好，技術(shù)含量高，自動化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高等特點(diǎn)，特別適用于高等級瀝青路面的鋪筑施工和養(yǎng)護(hù)作業(yè)。

SLHB-15型具體性能特點(diǎn)如下：

1、主機(jī)可整體拖掛移動，安裝就位簡捷方便。

2、采用液壓調(diào)整支撐腳，安裝調(diào)整省力、省時，穩(wěn)定可靠。

3、烘干滾筒部件采用厚16Mn鋼制作。

4、采用一級旋風(fēng)除塵裝置，除塵效果較好。

5、熱瀝青計量輸送裝置采用瀝青泵輸送、液位繼電器計量，油石比準(zhǔn)確。

6、電器控制柜關(guān)鍵元器件，均采用國際名牌元件，包括：

　　   按鈕、接觸器、電機(jī)啟動器、塑殼開關(guān)、接線端子：西門子；

　 　  PLC可編程控制器、可編程顯示器、時間繼電器：三菱。

7、電機(jī)采用國產(chǎn)名牌：廈門電機(jī)

8、燃燒爐為燃煤、油兩用型，采用電子自動點(diǎn)火裝置，適用燃料范圍包括：柴油、重油、渣油等可燃油。在控制室中可直接調(diào)節(jié)火焰大小，控制成品料出料溫度，滿足不同施工要求。熱能高，燃料消耗量低。

9、本設(shè)備有效地克服了國內(nèi)直筒連續(xù)式攪拌設(shè)備的固有缺陷，包括：

⑴石粉容易散失；

⑵瀝青容易老化；

⑶礦料及瀝青連續(xù)計量精度難以保證；

⑷礦料溫度不夠穩(wěn)定等。

SLHB-15 Type Double Drum Asphalt Concrete Mixing Plant
(1) Detailed Technical Description
The complete set of SLHB-15 mobile asphalt concrete mixing equipment developed by our factory includes: mineral material elevator, combustion furnace assembly, drying drum assembly, mixing drum assembly, hot asphalt metering and conveying device, stone powder metering and conveying device, finished product silo, primary tubular dust removal device, trailer chassis, traveling device, electrical control cabinet and other main components. The main machine adopts a trailer structure form in which the drying drum, mixing drum and intermediate material conveying device are integrated. The whole machine occupies a small area, has a short installation period for relocation and positioning, a wide range of fuel applicability, and features simple operation, convenient maintenance, stable and reliable performance, good quality of finished products, high technical content, and high levels of automation and standardization. It is particularly suitable for the construction and maintenance of high-grade asphalt pavement.
The specific performance characteristics of the SLHB-15 model are as follows:
1. The main unit can be towed and moved as a whole, and it is simple and convenient to install and position.
2. The support feet are adjusted hydraulically, which makes installation and adjustment effortless, time-saving, stable and reliable.
3. The components of the drying drum are made of 16Mn steel with a thickness of 16mm.
4. A first-stage cyclone dust collector is adopted, which has a relatively good dust removal effect.
5. The hot asphalt metering and conveying device adopts asphalt pumps for conveying and liquid level relays for metering, ensuring accurate oil-to-stone ratio.
6. The key components of the electrical control cabinet are all made of internationally renowned brand elements, including:
（1）.Buttons, contactors, motor starters, molded case circuit breakers, terminal blocks: Siemens;
（2）PLC programmable controller, programmable display, time relay: Mitsubishi.
7. The motor adopts a well-known domestic brand: Xiamen Motor.
8. The combustion furnace is a dual-purpose type for both coal and oil, equipped with an electronic automatic ignition device. The applicable fuel range includes diesel, heavy oil, residual oil and other combustible oils. The flame size can be directly adjusted in the control room to control the discharge temperature of the finished material, meeting different construction requirements. It has high thermal energy and low fuel consumption.
9. This equipment effectively overcomes the inherent defects of domestic straight-tube continuous stirring equipment, including:
⑴ Stone powder is prone to scattering.
⑵ Asphalt is prone to aging.
⑶ The continuous measurement accuracy of mineral materials and asphalt is difficult to guarantee;
⑷ The temperature of the mineral materials is not stable enough, etc.
