LQY-60型產品介紹及主要技術性能

(一)詳細技術說明

LQY-60型移動強制式瀝青混凝土攪拌設備,由主機、成品料倉、除塵裝置、配料站、控制柜、空調室和磨煤機(燃煤型)等構件組成。主機部分包括自動點火裝置、油煤兩用燃燒爐、礦料提升機、烘干系統及驅動、強制攪拌系統及驅動、瀝青計量輸送裝置、石粉計量輸送裝置、多管式除塵裝置、過料密封系統、懸掛系統、制動系統、支撐腳等主要部件。其中強制式產品在2002年獲得國家專利局授予的《實用新型專利證書》(專利號:ZL 02 2 19993.4),這種組合結構受國家專利保護。

本設備采用間歇式雙烘干筒與雙臥軸強制攪拌器連為整體的結構型式,整機占地面積小,移場就位拆裝方便,安裝周期短,操作簡單,維護方便,性能穩定可靠,具有成品料品質好,整機具有一定技術含量,自動化、標準化程度高等特點,適用于高速公路路面的養護及高等級瀝青路面的筑養護作業,是國內外高等級公路筑養護市場較為理想的配套設備。

The LQY-60 mobile forced type asphalt concrete mixing equipment is composed of main machine, finished product silo, dust removal device, batching station, control cabinet, air conditioning room and coal mill (coal-fired type) and other components. The main machine part includes automatic ignition device, oil and coal dual-purpose burner, mineral material elevator, drying system and drive, forced mixing system and drive, asphalt metering and conveying device, stone powder metering and conveying device, multi-tube dust removal device, material passing sealing system, suspension system, braking system, support feet and other main components.
